Job Description
Evaluate bid specifications and drawings
Prepare & Submit RFI’s and clarification request to design professional
Transmit addenda & RFI clarifications to subcontractors & material suppliers
Invite and request subcontractor and material supplier cost proposals
Prepare subcontractor and material supplier bid packages
Analyze and select material and subcontractor bids on bid day
Make quantity take off on all divisions except MEP
Prepare accurate material, equipment, labor, & subcontractor cost spreadsheets
Submit budgets and bid proposals by deadline
Review drawings, specifications, addenda; subcontractor & material proposals
Update Subcontractor/ supplier data base
Update material / labor cost data base in Timberline Estimating Software
Job Requirements
5 years of Commercial/Institutional/Industrial estimating experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering
Sage Timberline Estimating Software experience preferred
Strong organizational skills

Construction Superintendent
Job Description
Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial projects ranging from $500K to $20 million
Provide daily on-site supervision of project employees and subcontractors
Provide on-site quality control ensuring work performed in compliance with contract documents
Monitor labor and material cost, maintaining strict control over the budget
Submit daily reports to main office
Maintain and manage the Construction Schedule and prepare two week look ahead schedules
Maintain a complete set of Project Documents on-site
Attend, participate, and/or direct project meetings with subcontractors
Support Project Manager to ensure that company policies and procedures are followed in the field
Ensure project is maintained in an orderly, clean, secure, and professional manner
45 hour work week
Job Requirements
High School Diploma/ Equivalent
2 years of commercial construction superintendent experience
Regular Driving License

Project Manager
Job Description
Analyze plans and specifications for constructability and sequencing
Work with office staff for coordination of documents, invoices and contracts
Responsible for obtaining sub-contractor estimates and bids and managing progress
Prepare and execute subcontract agreements
Schedule pre-construction site visits of all jobs that are under construction
Ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints
Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment to the job site
Ability to resolve problems that arise such as emergencies, inclement weather or other issues that may cause delay
Generate and maintain detailed project schedules and updates for all types of projects
Monitor the superintendent’s job performance for adherence to schedules, contract terms, and safety procedures
Understand and utilize the Company Policy and Procedures Manual and Best Practices Guidelines
Manage the close out process and ensure completion in a timely and organized manner
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred
At least 2 years of construction project management experience
Comfortable using construction industry software
Strong organizational skills

Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation
Track and turn in all job-related receipts to accounting weekly
Accurately track time and task performed on each project
