Harper & Company Builders, Inc is a full-service general contracting and construction management firm located in Douglas, Georgia. We work throughout the Southeast on new construction, additions, and renovations for both the public and private sector. We construct a variety of projects, including, but not limited to, schools, retail shopping centers, healthcare facilities, governmental buildings, industrial production and storage facilities, automobile dealerships, office buildings, and financial institutions. We are licensed to perform construction services in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina and Arizona.

Harper & Company Builders, Inc. is an Authorized Pre-Engineered Metal Building Builder for American Buildings Company and Nucor Building Systems; and also an Authorized Roofer for American Buildings Company. We have our own certified erection crew which also allows us to self perform this aspect of you project. This is beneficial to the owner during the pre-construction stage of the project since we can inject useful information to prevent possible problems during the construction stage of the project.

The problem today is that many Construction Managers have little or no real experience as a building contractor, but this is not true for Harper & Company Builders, Inc. As a building contractor, we self-perform much of the necessary work ourselves, such as site work, concrete, masonry, carpentry, drywall, acoustical doors and windows, specialties and pre-engineered metal buildings. Because of our self performing experience, we specialize in providing accurate cost analysis, reliable schedules and, if needed, we will perform a great portion of the work ourselves.
