Project schedule was (6) months.
Construction began January, 2008 and
substantial completion was June,
2008. During the construction phase
a tornado completely leveled the
building to the ground. Immediately
steps were taken to get this project
back on track. Within six (6) weeks
time after the tornado damage, the
building was back to the stage of
construction prior to the tornado
damage. The owner was amazed at the
speed of recovery for this project
and that we were able to complete
the project within a timely manner
with such obstacles.
